About the program

Recovery doesn't happen in isolation.

When someone is struggling with addiction or a mental health condition, their family carries a weight that rarely gets acknowledged. Our Family Support program exists to address that — directly and without judgment.

We offer bilingual support groups, educational workshops, and individual guidance for family members navigating life alongside someone in recovery or in active crisis.

Family involvement is one of the strongest predictors of long-term recovery. We take that seriously.

Who is this for

Parents

Navigating a child's addiction or mental health crisis — whether they are 16 or 46.

Partners & spouses

Learning how to love someone in active addiction or recovery without losing yourself in the process.

Siblings & adult children

Processing complicated emotions around a family member's struggles — grief, anger, love, and exhaustion.

Anyone affected

Friends, colleagues, neighbors. You don't need to be blood family to care about someone — or to need support yourself.

Topic 01

Codependency

Understanding enabling patterns and how to set healthy boundaries while maintaining love and connection.

Topic 02

Relapse Prevention

What relapse looks like, how to respond, and how to support without taking responsibility for someone else's recovery.

Topic 03

Communication

Tools for honest, caring conversations that don't escalate — in high-stress moments and day-to-day life.

Topic 04

Grief & Anger

Processing the emotions that come with watching someone struggle — and not having control over the outcome.

Topic 05

Your Own Wellbeing

Family members need support too. We address burnout, secondary trauma, and what it means to take care of yourself without guilt.

Topic 06

What Comes Next

Planning for life after treatment — relapse as a possibility, not a failure. Long-term recovery as a family practice.

"The family is not the problem. The family is often the solution — if we give them the right tools."
